As a participant in the pro bono program of the Merrimack Valley Legal Services, a graduate of the Lawyer of the Day Program, and in his private practice Attorney Rodriguez has represented clients dealing with family law matters.  He understands and is able to explain the family law litigation process and advocate for you and your interests in family court.   In practicing in family court, Attorney Rodriguez represents clients in the following aspects.

An area that people do not like to discuss, as a graduate of the Lawyer of the Day Program and in his private practice Attorney Rodriguez is available to represent clients in estate planning. In practicing estate planning, Attorney Rodriguez represents clients in the following aspects:

Unemployment Insurance Claims

Attorney Rodriguez has worked for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Unemployment Assistant Program. His work responsibilities from interviewing claimants to process via online applications for Unemployment Insurance through adjudicating claims to establish whether claimants are eligible for Unemployment Insurance Benefits have given him the working knowledge to represent clients with unemployment insurance matters. Specifically, Attorney Rodriguez is available to represent clients in the following aspects:

As a law school legal intern with the Merrimack Valley Legal Services and on his capacity as a Community Worker with Covenant House, Attorney Rodriguez provided free legal advice and representation in civil legal cases to low-income and elderly residents. In the area of Landlord and Tenants, Attorney Rodriguez represents clients in the following aspects:
